About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Physicist to join our team at a leading healthcare facility in Louisville, Kentucky. As a Medical Physicist, you will play a critical role in providing physics consultation to all Radiation Oncology personnel concerning aspects of patient care and treatment.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals who want to take their career to the next level. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical physics, with experience working on Varian TrueBeam systems.

Responsibilities
  • Provide physics consultation to Radiation Oncology personnel on patient care and treatment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement physics protocols to improve treatment outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Physics or related field
  • Board certification in Medical Physics (ABR)
  • At least 10 years of experience in medical physics, preferably in a radiation oncology setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $225,000 - $250,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
