We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist to become a vital member of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of various industry concepts, practices, and methodologies.
  • Utilize extensive experience and insight to strategize and achieve objectives, independently managing a diverse range of complex tasks. May offer guidance on intricate projects and is recognized as a leading contributor or expert.
  • May oversee and coordinate the efforts of team members.
  • Act as a subject matter authority, delivering testing expertise to support user requirements for complex software and hardware applications.
  • Lead and/or engage in all stages of risk management evaluations and software/hardware development, focusing on user requirements analysis, test design, and selection of testing tools.
  • Accountable for ensuring that test design and documentation align with all relevant client, agency, or industry standards, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure that testing conclusions and recommendations are thoroughly substantiated by test results, keeping project managers fully informed of testing progress and any deviations from documented user requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in the field or in a related area within defense programs.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline.
  • DoD M IAT Level II certification or higher is mandatory.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Current Secret clearance is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • The individual in this role must be capable of remaining stationary for 50% of the time. Occasionally, they may need to move within the office to access files, office equipment, or to communicate with colleagues and management, which may involve delivering presentations.
