Rotor Wing Pilot

Job Summary:
Life Link III is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rotor Wing Pilot to join our Flight Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of medical crew and patients to receiving hospitals within an assigned operational area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preflight inspections and ensure aircraft and weather conditions are airworthy.
- Comply with Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Aeronautical Information Manual (AIM), and General Operations Manual guidelines.
- Perform all flight operations in accordance with the CFRs, aircraft Flight Manual, and Life Link III policies and procedures.
- Ensure full and proper completion of all flight documentation.
- Maintain positive relationships with fellow employees and customers.
- Conduct detailed flight planning and weather checks with little notice.
- Responsible for pertinent information regarding all flights, including NOTAMs, TFRs, and weather information.
- Responsible for maintaining qualifications as required in CFRs.
- Supervise loading of passengers, baggage, and fuel and determine that weight and balance remains within the limitations contained in the aircraft flight manual.
Requirements:
- Commercial pilot certificate and Instrument Rating for category and class of aircraft.
- First or Second Class FAA Medical Certificate.
- 2000 hours total flight time.
- 1500 hours flight hours in category.
- 1000 hours PIC in category.
- 500 hours of rotorcraft turbine time.
- 200 hours of cross country.
- 100 hours of unaided night.
- 50 hours of unaided night can be accepted with a minimum of 100 hours of aided night.
- 50 hours of hood or actual time instrument time in flight in category.
