Bartender/Cook

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Cook to join our team at ASRC Federal Holding Company.

Responsibilities:

* Greet guests and take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests
* Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products and menus
* Verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
* Maintain cleanliness of bar, kitchen, and lounge areas
* Restock bar as needed
* Collect payment for drinks served and balance all receipts
* Prepare light menu items in line with establishment recipes
* Operate POS equipment to process cash and credit sales
* Create a pleasant environment for customers
* Promote drink specials, food specials, and entertainment

Requirements:

* High School Diploma/GED preferred
* Must be a US or Naturalized Citizen
* SERV Safe Certification preferred
* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
* Must possess excellent customer service skills
* Must be able to work weekends and possibly weekdays
* Must be able to pass a background check and physical
* Must be able to lift 50 lbs
