NAU Urology Specialists is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing exceptional care to our patients. As a Pelvic Floor Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans to help patients recover from trauma, injury, or illness.
Responsibilities:- Develop treatment plans, set goals, and re-assess and adjust as necessary
- Adapt conventional physical therapy techniques to meet the needs of patients
- Write discharge summaries and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate orally and in writing with Providers, Medical Assistants, and other personnel and agencies concerned with patient care
- Conduct or participate in training medical and nursing personnel in physical therapy techniques and objectives
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required, Master's Degree preferred
- Must be certified as a Physical Therapist in the State of Texas
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) approved Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an outpatient setting treating adult and geriatric populations
- Experience treating Pelvic Floor Dysfunction and Herman and Wallace courses highly desired

We offer a holistic approach to urology, often starting with pelvic floor physical therapy. Our goal is to help patients regain their independence and improve their lives. We offer pelvic floor physical therapy services in our clinic at Round Rock, North Austin, and South Austin locations. We hope to add PFPT services at our Cedar Park and Dripping Springs locations in the future.
