About the Role

Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Manufacturing Analytics to join our team. As a key member of our Manufacturing Engineering, Digital and Analytics department, you will play a critical role in driving operational improvements and decision-making excellence through data analytics, models, and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Manufacturing subject matter experts to define, prioritize, and document business needs and solution requirements
  • Work with external and internal IT partners to develop data analytics and data science solutions
  • Support CTGM planning and decision-making by providing modeling and data analysis expertise where needed
  • Optimize manufacturing workforce, capacity, and COGM analytics in partnership with site and above-site functions
  • Collaborate with CTGM team and cross-functional stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities for productivity and COGM
Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business
  • At least 6 years of experience in Biotech or Pharma, preferably in a data analytics role
  • Experience of applying modeling techniques and tools (knowledge of Simio is a big plus)
  • Knowledge of Statistics, Operations Research
  • Knowledge of data engineering tools and approaches (Data science background is a big plus)
  • Hands-on experience with either Python or SQL
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing or Supply Chain is big plus
  • Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma is a big plus
