- Discharge Planning: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe patient transitions and continuum of care.
- Professional Development: Pursue ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License: Required for this role.
- BSN in Progress: Willing to acquire within three years of hire.
- Relevant Nursing Experience: Six months or more of relevant experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
- Certifications: BLS/CPR certification by the American Heart Association within 60 days of hire.
