Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Server to join our team at ClubCorp. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our members and guests, ensuring a memorable experience at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to members and guests, adhering to ClubCorp standards of service.
  • Accurately execute orders and requests in a timely and attentive manner.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our menu, including daily features and specials.
  • Ensure daily assignments and side work are completed to meet Club standards.
  • Assist fellow employees, members, and guests to ensure delivery of exceptional service.
  • Notify management of member/guest complaints and practice good service recovery.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Previous food and beverage experience preferred.
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by State and City.
  • Excellent communication skills and articulate speech.
  • Ability to communicate and follow instructions.
  • Comfortable working in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments.
