Essential Duties

Responsible for cleaning guest rooms as assigned, ensuring adherence to the hotel's cleanliness standards. Report any maintenance issues and address guest requests or complaints efficiently. Maintain the confidentiality and security of all guest accommodations.

Qualifications
  • At least one year of cleaning experience; prior hotel experience is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with proper chemical handling and safety.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and activities suitable for guests.
