Position Overview

The Nursing Administration Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing services during evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and effective nursing administration. This role serves as a key liaison for hospital administration, coordinating departmental activities and ensuring smooth operations during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of care.
  • Act as a representative of hospital administration, facilitating communication between departments.
  • Monitor patient care quality and implement improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • Certification in National Provider BLS from the American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a Charge Nurse or leadership role, demonstrating effective leadership skills.
