Fuel Station Associate

As a Fuel Station Associate at Walmart, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fuel stations. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience when interacting with our team.

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure the fuel station is clean, safe, and well-stocked, maintaining a high level of presentation and organization.
• Operate the fuel pumps, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
• Assist customers with finding products and answering questions about our offerings.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

As a Fuel Station Associate at Walmart, you will enjoy a competitive hourly wage, ranging from $14.00 to $26.00, depending on your location and experience. You will also be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives and additional compensation in the form of premiums, based on your schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
