Citywide RX LLC is a dedicated Long-Term Care pharmacy that provides essential pharmaceutical services to long-term care facilities and assisted living communities. We take pride in our commitment to delivering tailored care and high-quality pharmacy services.

Responsibilities of the Licensed Pharmacist:
1. Assess medication orders for suitability of drug, dosage, potential interactions, and proper administration.
2. Ensure that dispensed medications are accurately supplied and labeled.
3. Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication-related inquiries.
4. Oversee the preparation of medications.

Requirements for the Licensed Pharmacist:
1. Must possess an active Pharmacist license with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
2. Previous experience in Long-Term Care is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
4. Exceptional attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
6. Must be reliable and capable of multitasking.
7. Proficient in computer usage, with knowledge of Frameworks LTC system being a plus.
