Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobility Solutions Specialist to join our team in Nashville, TN. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a national company that provides mobility equipment to those who want to regain their freedom and independence.

As a Mobility Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering personal mobility equipment to clients, training them on safe use of the equipment, and performing troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and repairs on clients' equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience performing technical service, and strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver mobility equipment to clients and train them on safe use.
  • Perform troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and repairs on clients' equipment.
  • Communicate daily with customer service representatives for updates on client needs.
  • Maintain inventory control and conduct quarterly physical-count inventory.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of experience performing technical service.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Compensation
