About the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiologic Technologist to lead our team of imaging professionals. As a Radiology Technologist Lead, you will be responsible for contributing to the safe and efficient delivery of high-quality patient care, while also providing guidance and support to our team members.
Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and guidance to the Radiology team, ensuring that all imaging procedures are performed safely and efficiently.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Radiology setting.
