Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide emotional support and companionship through conversation, assistance with walking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
  • Help clients with medication reminders, errands, and appointments
  • Document client information accurately and maintain regular contact with supervisors and office staff

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Complete required training and attend company events to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
  • Report hours and availability changes promptly to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Collaborate with other caregivers and office staff to ensure a positive and supportive living environment for clients
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed to support the care and well-being of our clients

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, push or pull 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Flexibility to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach to assist clients with daily activities
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance (if applicable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Adaptability to different living environments and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
