Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled DDU Clinician to join our team at UMass Memorial Health in Worcester. This is a 37.5 hour per week, day shift position that requires a strong background in behavioral health and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intake and follow-up assessments to determine eligibility and inform treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement behaviorally oriented treatment plans that are measurable and appropriate for the identified level of care.
  • Provide individual counseling and assist clients in achieving treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and referrals to community resources.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in a clinical field such as social work, psychology, or counseling.
  • Licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or licensed Psychologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Ability to perform diagnostic and risk assessments using current accepted tools and practices.
  • Experience working with adults with substance use conditions and co-occurring severe and persistent mental illness.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
  • Experience working with clients with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder.
