  • Assess cost factors and perform research to accurately estimate labor and material expenses.
  • Request bids and negotiate terms with suppliers to obtain favorable pricing.
  • Prepare and present detailed estimates to project management.
  • Employ relevant software tools for effective budgeting and financial forecasting.
Required Qualifications
  • Xactimate certification is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience in an Estimator role is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in predicting construction costs and knowledgeable about estimation methodologies.
  • Expertise in relevant software applications.
  • Strong skills in mathematics, analysis, research, writing, and negotiation.
