Our swim instructors are trained on our proven learn-to-swim methods, ensuring they can connect with students and build trusting relationships through weekly lessons, celebrating progress in the pool. The role requires standing for periods of time, moving around on deck and in the pool, lifting students and pool equipment.

The starting salary for this position is $12 per hour, and we offer competitive benefits, including tuition reimbursement, referral bonuses, and opportunities for raises based on performance and certifications. Our curriculum supports teaching methods for various age groups: Littles (2 months-35 months), Tots (age 3), Kids (age 4+), Advanced (age 6+), and Competitive Swim Team.
