  • Represent labor unions, Taft-Hartley funds, and individual employees in a variety of employment and civil rights matters throughout the country.
  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve client goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant labor and employment laws and regulations.
  • Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities and grow the practice.

Requirements:

  • Admission to the bar in any state is acceptable, although Michigan Bar admission is preferred.
  • Experience in the labor movement, workers' rights, or other progressive causes is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
