Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team as an ABA Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a caseload of 6-8 children in a center or home-based setting.
  • Manage and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Conduct assessments and supervise treatment plans.
  • Provide parent coaching and collaborate with other disciplines, including Speech and Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience with ABLS, AFOLS, and VB-Mapp is preferred.
  • Enjoy uncapped bonuses for exceeding 26 billable hours.

Requirements:

  • BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
  • New BCBAs are encouraged to apply.

Benefits:

  • $5,000 - $10,000 sign-on bonus.
  • 4-day workweek.
  • Hiring for multiple centers and locations across Utah.

Compensation:

  • $80K - $100K salary range.
