**Job Summary**

Centerline is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Foreman to join our team in the Georgia market. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for supervising and performing various construction tasks related to tower erection, coaxial cable and antenna installation, and RF testing and troubleshooting.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supervise and assist with the construction and testing of cell sites
  • Lead crews and ensure all safety policies are being followed
  • Install and maintain mounts, platforms, antennas, RRUs, TMA, and other related equipment on towers, rooftops, and other structures
  • Install and maintain coaxial and DC power/fiber optic transmission lines
  • Test new and existing equipment, including sweep, PIM, or fiber testing
  • Install ice bridges, cable trays, equipment pads, racks, and platforms
  • Install underground and in-building conduits for electrical and backhaul circuits

**Requirements**

  • Ability to manage a small crew and maintain a safe productive work environment
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Basic computer skills required for equipment programming and site closeouts
  • Sweep & PIM testing certifications
  • Fiber testing certification
  • Valid driver's license and insurability under the company insurance policy
