Job Title: Ice Arena Worker

Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual to join our team at the St. Olaf Ice Arena. As an Ice Arena Worker, you will have the opportunity to learn how to operate an ice resurfacer, assist with game day operations, and provide excellent customer service to our patrons.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate an ice resurfacer to maintain a smooth and safe ice surface.
  • Assist with game day operations, including setting up and tearing down equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our patrons, including answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including sweeping and salting the ice surface.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for our patrons.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
