Coremaker Trainee

Midwest Aerospace Casting, LLC is seeking a skilled Core/Mold Maker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient production of cores, copes, and drags using patterns and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality cores, copes, and drags using established patterns and procedures
• Follow work instructions and procedures to ensure accurate and safe production
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
