Janitorial Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Janitorial Specialist to join our Facilities Maintenance team at the Selma Unified School District. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine custodial activities at designated school sites or facilities during assigned day or night shifts.

Your primary duties will include maintaining buildings, areas, and grounds in a clean, orderly, and secure condition. This may involve sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and other tasks as required.

To be successful in this role, you should have any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school and sufficient training and experience to demonstrate knowledge and abilities listed on the job description. A valid California Class C driver's license is also required.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also receive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
