Nursing Professional for Patient Care

ExcelCare at Dover is a skilled nursing facility in New Jersey that provides a welcoming and caring environment for our residents. We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the registered nurse or physician
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Perform procedures such as catheterization, specimen collection processing, and suturing
- Utilize electronic health record system PCC
- Oversee and direct the Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Respond to emergency situations and follow appropriate procedures
- Adhere to infection control safety regulations and maintain a calm environment
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing
- Familiarity with electronic health record PCC
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
