Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate all phases of concrete lifting projects, ensuring meticulous planning, execution, and completion.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of technicians, promoting effective and safe work practices.
  • Safety Management: Uphold and enforce safety regulations and protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect work to guarantee adherence to company quality benchmarks, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
  • Client Communication: Engage with clients to provide project updates, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction with our services.
  • Equipment Oversight: Operate and maintain concrete lifting machinery, ensuring all tools are in optimal working condition.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and troubleshoot challenges that may arise during projects, including equipment issues and material shortages.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of daily operations, materials utilized, and crew performance, reporting to management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in concrete lifting or related construction fields, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of concrete lifting techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team effectively, manage tasks, and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Safety Expertise: Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols relevant to the industry.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick thinking and resourceful in resolving on-site issues.
  • Physical Capability: Must be able to perform demanding physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials and operating machinery.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license required; additional certifications related to concrete work or safety are advantageous.
