Job Title: Travel Respiratory Therapist - Critical Care Specialist

Job Summary:

Health Advocates Network - Midwest is seeking a skilled Travel Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide respiratory care to patients with critical illnesses, including those requiring mechanical ventilation and oxygen therapy
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests and interpret results to diagnose respiratory conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to physicians

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program
  • At least 2 years of critical care experience
  • RRT Adult critical care experience required
  • Current NBRC-Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure in applicable state
  • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS for Healthcare Providers
