Job Title: Bilingual Float Medical Assistant

At Concentra, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Float Medical Assistant to join our patient care team. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our patients and contributing to our mission of improving the health of America's workforce.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine medical and testing procedures under direct supervision of the treating clinician.
  • Support in other areas of the facility as needed, including registration and referral management.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate delivery of one-on-one patient care in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide quality clinical care and an excellent patient experience.
Qualifications:
  • Medical Assistant Certification from an accredited school or Military Medical Specialist with current Medical Assistant credentials.
  • At least six months of medical assistant experience.
  • Knowledge of medical procedures and medical terminology.
  • Working knowledge of occupational medicine requirements (state specific) preferred.

  • Able to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear and professional manner.

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the state range of $23.28 to $30.27 hourly depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law.
