Beauty Salon Assistant

Seeking a highly motivated and skilled Beauty Salon Assistant to join our team at Supercuts. As a Beauty Salon Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling services and retail products, and assisting with various salon operations.

• Promote and Sell Services: Effectively promote and sell services and retail products to customers, including recommending additional services and products to enhance their image and satisfaction.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers professionally, understand their needs, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with Salon Operations: Assist with various tasks such as answering telephones, stocking shelves, sweeping hair, and completing administrative tasks as assigned by management.

• Graduation from an Accredited Cosmetology School: Must graduate from an accredited cosmetology school and obtain the necessary license(s) to perform salon services within or before 90 days of hire-date.
• Ability to Work in a Dynamic Salon Environment: Ability to work in a dynamic salon environment with good time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multi-task.
• Interpersonal Skills: Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate in a professional and courteous manner with customers, co-workers, and management.

• Competitive Salary: Competitive salary range of $14-$15 per hour, plus tips, commission, and production bonus opportunities.
• Sign-on Bonus: Sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 payable after 6 months.
