  • Complete daily paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle unexpected situations, such as call-offs or product shortages, and notify management promptly.

Nature and Scope:

The Assistant Manager receives direction and training from the Restaurant Manager and other Little Caesars training materials. They are responsible for supervising crew members and providing adult supervision to colleagues under 18 years of age. During each shift, they motivate and direct crew members to work proficiently at their assigned stations, and follow up to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in restaurants, retail, or a position involving customer contact is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relations skills.
  • Dependable, hardworking, and able to work under pressure and in stressful situations.
  • Ability to work a standard schedule of approximately 20-30 hours per week.
  • Valid driver's license from the state of residence with a driving record maintained within company guidelines.
