Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze mobile equipment defects to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain reliability databases and KPIs to track equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) practices and improve equipment availability.
  • Provide training and facilitation on root cause failure analysis (RCA), failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) to maintenance and operations personnel.
  • Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, standards, and specifications to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience in a reliability role.
  • Two years of practical experience in operations, preferably in a mobile maintenance mining environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of reliability and improvement concepts, including RCA, FMEA, RCM, and LEAN.
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and condition monitoring techniques, such as oil and vibration analysis, thermography, and ultrasonic emissions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project.
