Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume culinary environment, with a focus on pastry arts.
  • Culinary education degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven knowledge of pastry techniques, including scaling, mixing, proofing, baking, and decorating.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing menu items and culinary trends.

  • Vocation School training or High School certification in culinary arts.
  • Culinary Education Degree or equivalent.
  • Certification from the Culinary Institute of America or equivalent.
