Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with communication disorders
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify children's communication needs

  • Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, parents, and caregivers, to ensure comprehensive support for children's communication development
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of children's progress and treatment plans
Requirements
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
  • Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Experience working with young children and their families in early intervention settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively
