Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced LVN/LPN to provide high-quality patient care in our Inpatient Unit. The ideal candidate will possess a current New Mexico state license and have at least 2 years of recent US nursing experience as a CNA, LPN, RN, or Tech.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Inpatient Unit, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
- Current New Mexico state license as an LVN/LPN.
- At least 2 years of recent US nursing experience as a CNA, LPN, RN, or Tech.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications.
- 2 current clinical references.
- Ability to pass background/urine drug screening.
