Pharmacy Director

• Lead and direct pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
• Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business opportunities and implement meaningful solutions.
• Lead by example, demonstrating empathy and compassion for patients, customers, and colleagues.

• Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
• Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
• Submission of required information/documents to state PMP administrators.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
