Job Summary

The Financial Systems Analyst is a key role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the integrity, timeliness, and accuracy of data loaded into and calculated within our Global Financial Information Systems.

This position works closely with our Corporate Accounting, Corporate FP&A, and Segment Finance teams to support and enhance complex business solutions and processes.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Administer and maintain our Global Financial Information Systems, including OneStream, Blackline, and Enable.
  • Monitor and execute all processes, including the maintenance of automated consolidation scripts.
  • Manage data integration processes across systems.
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting and dashboards.
  • Ensure adherence to SOX controls and audit reporting.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot data/systems issues as necessary and escalate items appropriately.
  • Participate in the deployment of upgrades and patches.
  • Provide end-user support, including training and documentation.
  • Participate in the analysis of the efficiency and effectiveness of current departmental processes and procedures, and help implement identified improvements.
  • Maintain documentation for procedures and standard operating procedures.
  • Support the transition of legacy applications to our Center of Excellence or OneStream.
  • Special projects and process improvements as determined necessary by management.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
  • 2-4 years of data management or related experience required.
  • Previous administrator experience with OneStream preferred.
  • Understanding of basic bookkeeping, accounting, and financial analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, adaptable, and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel and VBA.
