Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Resilient Healthcare.

Estimated Salary:$85,000 - $115,000 per year.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Patient-Centered Care

Identifying and meeting patients' goals and needs through cost-effective treatments that improve mobility and quality of life.

Treatment Planning

Developing care plans using a variety of treatment techniques, including evidence-based interventions and personalized fitness programs.

Clinical Expertise

Providing high-quality, personalized care to patients with diverse backgrounds and needs.

Interprofessional Collaboration

Working effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Documentation and Communication

Documenting patient care services and communicating progress to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must:

  • Clinical Experience

Have proven work experience as a physical therapist, preferably in a post-acute rehabilitation setting.

Education and Certification

Hold a graduate degree or greater in physical therapy and maintain valid licensure to practice.

Skill Set

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills, a drive to continually learn and grow, and professional behavior.
