Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared according to the Banquet Event Order.
  • Ensure that tables are properly set and cleared, and that the dining area is clean and well-maintained.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
