We are seeking a dedicated and caring Registered Nurse to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Pediatric RN, you will have the rewarding opportunity to provide personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes.

About the Role:

We are currently staffing PRN, part-time, and full-time positions in Wythe and Carroll County areas. Our ideal candidate will have a current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which they practice, as well as a current Health Certificate and BLS card. One year prior RN experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to client(s) receiving contracted services

- Initiate the plan of care when directed and request revisions as patient status and needs change

- Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, as well as monitor and document effectiveness of intervention
