Overview

The BronxCare Health System seeks a dedicated Clinical Training Specialist to lead its Electronic Health Record Clinician Training program. This individual will be responsible for creating training materials and educating outpatient and inpatient department staff on the use of Allscripts EHR.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to Performance/Quality Improvement activities, including data collection, analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Create training materials for new workflows and operations under the guidance of the Director of Clinician Training.
  • Provide end-user training for Allscripts EHR to ensure successful implementation of clinical workflows.
  • Work with providers to improve Electronic Health Records documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
