Host/Hostess/Cashier

As a Host/Hostess at FLIP 5444, INC. DBA IHOP #5444, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to greet guests, seat them promptly, and ensure that their needs are met throughout their visit.

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Seat guests promptly, taking into account their preferences and any special requests.
• Manage the waiting list, ensuring that guests are informed of wait times and provided with updates.
• Process To-Go and Delivery Orders, ensuring that guests receive their orders in a timely manner.
• Provide menu recommendations and additional information to guests, enhancing their dining experience.
• Upsell additional products when appropriate, increasing revenue and enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Communicate order details to the kitchen staff, ensuring that guests receive their orders accurately and promptly.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring that their needs are met.
• Deliver checks and collect bill payments, ensuring that guests are satisfied with their experience.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

• Prior experience as a host/hostess is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
