About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lineworker to join our team. As a Lineworker, you will be responsible for installations, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical power or other distribution systems, and associated materials and equipment. This role requires 100% travel throughout the Midwest, and you will work under the direct supervision of a project foreman and project manager.

Responsibilities
  • Perform duties necessary to complete assigned tasks, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Demonstrate safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment.
  • Clearly understand and comply with Cable Communication Services and Federal Job Safety Requirements (O.S.H.A.).
  • Report to assigned job site locations on time as directed.
  • Maintain and properly store tools and equipment.
  • Properly use and safe handling of tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Accurately organize materials and tools to maintain a clean and neat work area.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Line School Certificate or Transcripts.
  • Department of Labor Recognized Journeyman Lineworker Certification or proof of equivalent hours worked.
  • 4+ years previous transmission construction or equivalent experience.
  • Active, Valid Driver's License.
  • Active, Valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
  • Active, Valid CDL A.
