About the Role

At TITLE SERVICES MIDWEST LLC, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Title Closer to join our team. As a commercial or residential title closer, you will be responsible for ensuring the title closing process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Compensation and Perks

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear title issues and resolve any outstanding problems that may arise during the transaction.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including attorneys and lenders, to prepare real estate settlement statements.
  • Prepare CDs/Settlement Statements for closing and ensure accuracy of settlement figures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required; some college education preferred.
  • Notary public certification is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a title closer or with real estate transactions is highly valued.
  • Excellent math and English skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
