Job Title: PRN Staff RN Night Shift

Wellstar Health System is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a PRN Staff RN Night Shift. As a member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role:

This PRN Staff RN Night Shift position is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a PRN Staff RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our patients on the night shift. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive individualized care that meets their unique needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients on the night shift, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our patients.
  • Participate in bedside shift report to ensure seamless communication and handoff of patient care.
  • Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English language.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to optimize the use of technology to support clinical care.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Experience with direct patient care.
