Logistics Coordinator

A Sourcing and Procurement Role for Equipment and Services.

This office-based role supports the Aftermarket Services group, responsible for sourcing and delivering equipment and services. Key tasks include procuring industrial materials, appraising vendors, negotiating prices, and administering purchase orders.

1. Procure specialized industrial and manufacturing material, equipment, and services to meet business needs.
2. Evaluate vendors based on quality of product and service, ensuring timely delivery and effective customer relationships.
3. Negotiate service provisions and prices with suppliers to achieve cost savings and improve efficiency.
4. Analyze and select or recommend vendors to meet business requirements.
5. Create Master Supply Agreements and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
6. Administer purchase orders, track deliveries, and approve vendor invoices.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required for this position.
• 1-3 years' experience in supply chain management is necessary for success in this role.
• Proficient computer skills, familiarity with MS Office products, and knowledge of industry best practices are essential.

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
