UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team at Stem US Operations Inc. as we continue to push the boundaries of clean energy solutions. As a UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our groundbreaking energy solutions, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive and delightful.

• Conduct user-centric analysis to understand user needs and preferences, identifying opportunities for improved differentiation.
• Design innovative interfaces for next-gen energy storage devices, virtual power plants, and AI-driven grid management, rapidly iterating through wireframes and interactive prototypes to validate concepts.
• Determine information architecture and create sitemaps, designing seamless navigation flows that drive users to gather insights in an efficient way.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams, presenting each stage of the design process effectively.

• Proven track record in UX design, preferably in tech or energy sectors, with a Bachelor's Degree in Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience, with a well-curated design portfolio for review.
• Working knowledge of Design Systems, Figma, and Agile Practices, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to change.

We offer a competitive salary range of $111,000 to $156,100, as well as a dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity and innovation.
