Sales and Client Relations Specialist

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at D1 Training in Baton Rouge. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for leading calls to educate prospective members about D1's fitness philosophy and training methods, with the goal of scheduling consultations, assessments, and trials leading to membership sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Daily lead calls to prospective members
- Sales of membership, personal training, small group, and team training programs
- Cold-calling, networking, relationship building, and business generation
- Front desk assistance and facility maintenance
Required qualifications and experience include 1 year of cold-calling sales experience, 1 year of face-to-face sales experience, and a high-energy, motivating, enthusiastic, and positive attitude. Strong moral character, drive to constantly learn and improve, excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer relations skills are also essential.
Benefits:- $14-$18 per hour base pay (dependent on experience and productivity)
