Automation Controls Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Automation Controls Engineer to integrate and automate hardware into controls systems. This engineer will work to improve, streamline, and automate manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency.


Responsibilities:
  1. Programming new automated components
  2. Process and document automation test plans, user requirements, and other drafting reports
  3. Install and repair electrical systems, calibrate equipment, and inspect designs for quality control
  4. Utilizing, programming, and troubleshooting PLCs
  5. Working with robotics & HMI systems

Requirements:

  1. Associates Degree/Bachelors Degree in a Technical Field
  2. Working experience in a highly regulated industry
  3. Demonstrated experience integrating hardware into automation systems
  4. Proficiency with PLC's, Allen Bradley/Ladder Logic, and HMI systems
  5. Vision Systems experience
  6. FAT & SAT
  7. C#
  8. Solid documentation skills (Drafting user requirements, test protocols, and validation/qualification reports)
