Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and manage electrical services projects to meet customer satisfaction and company profitability
  • Develop and provide project turn overs to lead electricians, detailing scope of work, material, project hours, schedule, subcontractors, and customer expectations
  • Coordinate with customers to schedule projects, ensuring customer schedules and expectations are met
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through site visits and project communications
  • Actively manage the electrical services project backlog from a cost, schedule, manhour, and invoicing perspective
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5-10 years of experience in industrial electrical installation, service, contracting, or estimating
  • 3-5 years of experience as an industrial electrical project manager involving estimating and project management
  • Proficient in blueprint reading and able to teach others
  • Familiar with OSHA 1910 and 1926 standards
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
  • Solid time management skills, ability to multi-task, and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
