Our services include special education, vocational training, supported employment, residential supports, and short-term behavioral stabilization services.
We are seeking an ABA Specialist to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence.
Responsibilities- Create and coordinate the development and implementation of behavior analytic services within the Individual Service Plan and Behavior Intervention Plan.
- Coordinate the development, implementation, and training of behavior plans, including functional behavior assessment/analysis, preference assessments, and treatment evaluations.
- Develop and monitor data collection systems, engage in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming.
- Identify training needs and develop and conduct those trainings to ensure the ongoing knowledge and ability to effectively implement behavior plans.
- Participate in clinical case review meetings (rounds) to ensure proper data review and discussion of the needs of persons served.
We offer a full-time hourly position with a consistent schedule, paid benefits, paid time off, and no billable hour requirements.
Free BACB supervised experience for graduate students in ABA.
