About the Role

Bancroft is a leading nonprofit service-provider for individuals across the lifespan with autism and related diagnoses.

We provide a full continuum of highly effective services rooted in evidence-based practices and scientifically proven techniques.

Our services include special education, vocational training, supported employment, residential supports, and short-term behavioral stabilization services.

We are seeking an ABA Specialist to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Create and coordinate the development and implementation of behavior analytic services within the Individual Service Plan and Behavior Intervention Plan.
  • Coordinate the development, implementation, and training of behavior plans, including functional behavior assessment/analysis, preference assessments, and treatment evaluations.
  • Develop and monitor data collection systems, engage in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming.
  • Identify training needs and develop and conduct those trainings to ensure the ongoing knowledge and ability to effectively implement behavior plans.
  • Participate in clinical case review meetings (rounds) to ensure proper data review and discussion of the needs of persons served.
Qualifications

We offer a full-time hourly position with a consistent schedule, paid benefits, paid time off, and no billable hour requirements.

Free BACB supervised experience for graduate students in ABA.

Minimal travel, paid supervision, and training.
